    Mistake was made and fixed thank you

    I ordered a silver name necklace and the first one came a bit discolored. After a failed attempt to clean it to get to the correct color, they remade it for me and it came looking perfect the second time around. Customer service was fantastic I loved being able to email a real person and get advice and good help. It was a gift for my sister and she loves it! Thank you.
