How do I know which program is right for me?
It really depends on how you like to share and connect! If you’re active on TikTok and love creating video content, our TikTok Shop Partner program lets you earn directly through your posts — no code required. If you’re more of an everyday creator or loyal customer who wants a personal discount code to share, the CM Ambassador program is a great fit. And if you’re a student who loves style, community, and leadership opportunities, our College Ambassador program might be your perfect match.

Is there a cost to join?
Nope! Joining any of our programs is completely free! All you need is a love for jewelry and a passion for sharing it with others.
Can I apply for more than one program?
Yes! You’re welcome and encouraged to join both our TikTok Shop and Shopify Collabs programs. Each program has its own goals and reward structure, so you can earn through different methods depending on where you create content. Here’s how they differ:
- TikTok Shop Collabs are for creators who promote and sell directly through TikTok Shop. Sales and commissions are handled within the TikTok platform.
- Shopify Collabs connects you to our official Caitlyn Minimalist website, where you’ll earn commission from purchases made through your unique discount code or affiliate link.
Because these programs run separately, you can participate in both at the same time — giving you more ways to collaborate, reach new audiences, and grow your earnings. Joining both programs helps you diversify your content and make the most of your influence across platforms!
How much commission can I earn?
Commission rates vary depending on the platform and the specific products you promote.
- TikTok Shop Collabs: Commission rates are set within TikTok Shop and may vary by product or campaign. You can view the exact rate for each item directly in the TikTok Shop Creator Center before selecting it for promotion.
- Shopify Collabs: Commission rates are managed through Shopify Collabs and can differ based on the collaboration or collection. Your current rate will always be visible in your Collabs dashboard or within your partnership invite.
Both programs track your sales automatically, so you can easily monitor your performance and earnings in real time through your creator dashboard.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commission payments are handled directly through the platform you’re collaborating on — either TikTok Shop or Shopify Collabs. Here’s how it works for each:
- TikTok Shop: Commissions are automatically tracked and paid out by TikTok Shop according to their internal payment schedule. You can view your earnings, payment history, and upcoming payouts in the TikTok Shop Creator Center under “Earnings.”
- Shopify Collabs: Payments are processed through Shopify Collabs and sent to the PayPal or bank account connected to your Collabs profile. Commissions are typically paid out about 4 weeks after a completed sale, which is typically once the customer’s order has been fulfilled and the return window has passed.
Are there sales minimums I need to meet?
Not at all! There are no sales minimums or quotas required to stay in our collaboration programs. Whether you’re working through TikTok Shop or Shopify Collabs. You’re free to promote at your own pace and style. However, with Shopify Collabs, the more sales you make, the more you can move up through our creator tiers and unlock extra perks, such as higher commission rates, early access to new collections, or special creator gifts.
Can I track sales?
Yes, you can easily track all your clicks, sales, and commissions right from your creator dashboards:
- Shopify Collabs: Track your performance in the Collabs app — available on both the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS)
- You can also access your dashboard from your desktop for a full overview of your activity and earnings.
- TikTok Shop: View your real-time sales, commissions, and performance directly in the TikTok Shop Creator Center.
Tip: Regularly checking your dashboards helps you see which products perform best so you can optimize your content and maximize earnings.

How can I apply?
You can apply directly through Shopify Collabs! Click here to sign in with your Shopify Collabs account (or create one — it’s free), and submit your application. Once approved, you’ll receive your unique code and everything you need to get started.
How do discount codes work?
When you collaborate with Caitlyn Minimalist through Shopify Collabs, you’ll receive both a unique discount code and a tracking link to share with your audience. Here’s how they work together:
- Your unique code and link are automatically generated when you become a partner.
- When your followers shop using your link or code, they’ll receive an exclusive discount on their order.
- Every sale made through your link or code is tracked automatically in Shopify Collabs — so you’ll earn commission on those purchases.
- You can share your link or code anywhere — in your bio, posts, videos, stories, or emails — to make it easy for your audience to shop your favorites.
Pro tip: Use both your link and your code in your content to maximize clicks and conversions!
Can I share my code across multiple platforms?
Absolutely! You’re welcome and encouraged to share your Caitlyn Minimalist discount code and link anywhere you connect with your audience. That includes:
- TikTok (videos, bios, captions)
- Instagram (posts, stories, reels, bio link)
- YouTube (video descriptions or pinned comments)
- Pinterest (bios, captions, posts)
- Blogs, newsletters, or other social platforms
Every purchase made through your code or link is tracked automatically in Shopify Collabs, no matter where it’s shared, so you’ll still earn commission on all qualifying sales.
Why isn't my coupon working?
Sometimes, discount codes get automatically uploaded to public coupon websites by third-party apps or browser extensions. When that happens, we may change or deactivate those codes to keep them exclusive to genuine creator promotions.
This isn’t anything you’ve done wrong — it’s just part of how coupon aggregators work. We monitor this regularly to protect both our brand and our creator partners’ earnings.
If your code ever needs to be updated because of this, our team will notify you directly and provide a new code so you can continue sharing without interruption.
Tiktok Shop
How can I apply?
There isn’t a formal “application” process — it’s open to all TikTok creators who meet the TikTok Shop requirements! You don’t need to submit an application or wait for approval from us. If you’re an active TikTok creator, you can start collaborating right away by choosing from our Open Collabs on TikTok Shop. If you’re not a TikTok Shop Creator yet, you can apply directly through TikTok on your phone here.
Is there a minimum follower count I have to have?
Not at all! We believe great content and genuine passion matter more than numbers. Whether you’re just starting out or already have a growing community, there’s a place for you here. If you love sharing jewelry, style, and self-expression, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What kind of content performs best?

College Ambassador
How can I apply?
You can apply for our College Ambassador Program through Shopify Collabs by clicking here. Just make sure to check “Yes” under “Are you applying as a college ambassador?” and use your valid student email.
Who is eligible to apply for the college ambassador program?
Any undergraduate student at a U.S. college or university is eligible to apply! Your ambassadorship lasts through graduation, and after that, you’re welcome to continue with us as a regular CM Ambassador.
What kind of perks or rewards can I expect?
As a CM College Ambassador, you’ll enjoy plenty of fun perks and rewards along the way. You can earn commission on sales, unlock prizes as you hit major milestones, and occasionally receive free jewelry through our PR list. You’ll also get access to local PR events, monthly challenges and giveaways, and even opportunities for us to sponsor your sorority, club, or campus organization. Plus, it’s a great way to gain real experience in marketing, community building, and brand partnerships.
