Once your order is processed and shipped, transit times found below take effect:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 with USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

When ordering pre-made and custom-made jewelry in the same cart and selecting expedited shipping within the U.S, we ensure prompt delivery by shipping all custom-made items with longer processing time via expedited shipping and all pre-made items with shorter processing time via standard shipping.

*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control.

We have found that FEDEX is the best shipment method for international orders. Please contact us if you'd like to upgrade your shipping method. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible. 


We accept returns for new and unworn Pre-Made, Ready-to-Ship items within 7 days of your delivery date for Store Credit or Exchange. Items marked 'Final Sale' are denoted in product descriptions and are not eligible for return.

We typically don't accept returns for Custom Made-to-Order items or International Shipments. However, your satisfaction is a priority to us and we are happy to assist with any situation. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our Care Team.

Returned items are to be in mint condition, in original packaging, and sent with tracking from a carrier of your choice within 7 days from your item’s delivery date (U.S based orders only). Click here to get started.

Please note, a small restocking fee will apply for approved items and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are typically unable to provide any reimbursement for returns unless the fault is ours.
