All orders are shipped and insured up to $200 with USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.
When ordering pre-made and custom-made jewelry in the same cart and selecting expedited shipping within the U.S, we ensure prompt delivery by shipping all custom-made items with longer processing time via expedited shipping and all pre-made items with shorter processing time via standard shipping.

Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective country.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items labelled 'Final Sale' are noted in product descriptions and are ineligible for return.
Once your return is processed, store credit will be issued to your account. Refunds may not be issued unless the fault is ours. Returns sent outside the return window or without following the proper instructions may not be accepted.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for our team to process your return, depending on store volume.
