Love, Love and even more Love the product, package and quick communication when reaching out about a question. But the shipper, USPS is not very good. It took 12 days from receiving the shipping notice to receiving the product. I know that notice is in the shipper hands it's out of your control but USPS is very unreliable with their communication.

Again nothing bad or negative on your end.

Wonderful customer service and customization by Kate!!! She made dog tags for a family who’s 2 dogs passed away to remember them. She also included a personalized card (per request) for the family inside the shipping box.

This is my 2nd ring I have ordered and I'm super happy with both experiences, a year apart. The price and quality are worth it and if you take care of your jewelry it will last a really long time. I love my dogs as if they were my kiddos and it's nice having a ring with both of their names. Thank you!
