I received a beautiful customized necklace to commemorate the loss of my soul fur baby, and it quickly became one of my most treasured keepsakes. My friends put so much thought and attention to detail into the customization, making it incredibly meaningful. After about a year, the necklace unfortunately broke. I reached out, not expecting much because the rose gold option and font style I originally chose had been discontinued. Their amazing team did not hesitate to see if they could recreate it. They went above and beyond to make it happen, and the timing made it even more meaningful as it was around the one year anniversary of my fur baby’s passing. Their compassion and willingness to go the extra mile truly touched my heart.
