I am on my second Magnolia wrap bracelet. I absolutely love the look and feel--it's so elegant, and fits in with my entire collection. Unfortunately, my first one broke earlier than I might have liked. When I contacted CM on a whim, I really didn't expect anything other than maybe some insight on a quick fix for it. They went above and beyond. Their attention to me was so fast, so considerate, and just so above and beyond what they needed to. (And frankly so well beyond what I see most companies doing these days, even ones I have far longer customer histories with). CM has a longtime customer with me now. I am so happy with what I see compared to what I get, and I feel such trust in continuing to go to them for new daily-wear pieces.
