Had some issues getting this item delivered after a successful delivery of another item from this company. Had to reach out to customer service multiple times, they processed a replacement, but then the original one I ordered finally started to move in shipping and was finally delivered. I originally ordered it on 11/26/25 I finally received the item on 12/8/25. The box itself is very nicely designed & well made. They also threw in a 25% off coupon. I hope my partner enjoys everything. All said and done I’m pleased with this company and how they handled everything. If my partner likes the items I’ve bought I would use them in the future.
