      We ordered necklaces with my MIL's fingerprint on one side and script "Love Grandma" on the back side. They turned out beautiful. There was a mistake in the first set that was sent and after a quick e-mail, Kate fixed the problem and sent out new necklaces. They were very accommodating and we are so happy with the final result.
