    I ordered two rings. The first one was so good and detailed! I also have black dogs so it was sort of hard to make it detailed enough. My second ring I ordered came back a little hard to tell what it was. It was a blurred shape but the ink was less dark than the good ring . I emailed them with pictures. They got right back to me and reordered it for me! Amazing customer service and it looks so much better! I think you just got to be careful with how dark your animal is because it may be harder to get their features to pop so for those ordering, keep that in mind! Picture I posted is the
