    WOW!!! So much larger than expected and perfect!!

    My experience starting with my first email asking if my personalization preference was available was incredible! Kate answered my email, and sent me the preview of what I was requesting. I didn't even know I could have a preview lol. Kate was amazing to work with, and used the font and heart I requested. She even helped me pick the chain for sturdy, everyday use and handling. The ordering was simple, and I love the finished product. I clearly thought the letters would be much smaller based on images on site, but was so very excited how large and clear they were!!!

    What a find!!!

    This necklace was a present for my grand daughter's 10th birthday. I wanted to get her something special but not spending a lot of money. You know how rough kids can be. She absolutely loved it! She wears it all the time. And she's been so conscious that it's a grown up necklace and is taking good care of it. Do not hesitate to buy this necklace- it truly is a find!
