    Truly Amazing Customer Service

    I didn't realize when ordering that this necklace had a toggle clasp instead of a spring clasp. I have lost necklaces before with a toggle clasp and reached out to customer service. Not only did they respond nearly immediately, but they offered to remake the necklace for me with my preferred clasp without extra charge or returning the original necklace. I have purchased before from CaitlynMinimalist and have always loved the quality and look of the jewelry, and this experience has ensured that I will be a forever customer.
