    Almost perfect

    I love the look of the necklace. Caitlyn was very responsive with an add on that I wanted to personalize my necklace. I got three initial letters for my husband and two sons with little diamonds in between each letter. When holding it up, I love it. But when it’s around my neck, the letters don’t quite lay how I was hoping for. Just the placement of the letters on the necklace is a little higher up the side than I was expecting and they never seem to lay flat on the right side up, the letters seem to go backwards and not read appropriately. Hard to explain but that’s my only concern. The quality appears great and it’s very beautiful. I think if I was to reorder, I would just get a necklace that has all three initials dangling on the necklace instead of sideways.
