          This necklace was so beautifully made and really good quality. However it was too small for me and I couldn’t fit pictures in it. I reached out to the customer service and they had no problem allowing me to return the item within their 7 day grace period. I asked if it was possible I get store credit instead of a refund and they agreed. The reason I’m giving 5 stars is 1 because of the quality of the jewelry and 2 the customer service is outstanding. They get back to you very quickly and they are always very kind and reasonable. I’m happy to have found my go to jewelry place 🥰✨
