    Excellent Customer Service

    I ordered necklaces back in November for my family members. We had an issue with one of the chains so I reached out to customer service. Wow - issue was immediately resolved and a credit was added to my account so that I could replace the item. The craftsmanship is excellent and it definitely brought tears to our eyes, as it's my late brother's signature.
