I am super picky when it comes to jewelry; my aunt is a jeweler and I work at a jewelry store. I like to purchase pieces that are affordable and long-lasting. I do not take my jewelry off when I shower, I spray my perfume on it, and I exercise in it. I know that goes against what is advised, but this necklace has held up to my standards despite the odds! I was not expecting it, as I am pretty sure this is gold-plated sterling silver. I have had the necklace since April and the only part that has gotten slightly worn down is the coating of the pearl, which doesn't bother me. I am now a loyal customer, and even suggest the brand to customers who come into the shop where I work.
