      Nice necklace for the price.

      While I loved the quality of this necklace, I am disappointed in the fact that I made a change in the order and was assured that the correction would be made. The correction was not made and when I sent an email, I never received a response.

      Very happy with my purchase.

      When the necklace first arrived I didn't love how the name plates rotated and then my kids names were upside down and backwards. The customer service was 5 stars and they sent me a brand new one with the names printed the same direction on both sides of the plates! I've worn my necklace every single day and I love it. The initial bright gold color is wearing some to where now it matches my other solid 14k gold cross necklace I wear. Packaging was beautiful and would make for a special meaningful gift. No complaints and would purchase this again!
