    The shop owner was extremely helpful in assisting me with exchanging earrings when the post on the first pair I ordered was too short for me to use in my ears. She responded quickly, kindly, and with an immediate solution. The earrings are great quality---I wear them daily with no irritation. I will be ordering from this shop again!
